A Closer Look at Nursing for Transfer Students/Second Bachelor’s Students

Transfer students and Second Bachelor’s students seeking to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing are invited to attend an information session to learn more about the nursing program at Stevenson University. Representatives from the Nursing Division and Admissions Office will be available to discuss the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree options for non- RN’s. These options include the traditional full-time and traditional part-time options . Students who choose the traditional part-time option can continue to work while enrolled in this program because the majority of classes and clinical experiences are offered in both day and evening/weekend formats. (Current RN’s interested in the online accelerated RN to BS option should contact the Admissions Office for additional information.)

Tuesday, January 6, 2009, 6:00 p.m.
(Location: Exchange, Greenspring Campus)
Tuesday, March 24, 2009, 6:00 p.m. (Location: Pavilion, Greenspring Campus)
Tuesday, May 19, 2009, 6:00 p.m. (Location: Pavilion, Greenspring Campus)

Free parking, as well as light refreshments, will be available.

Recommended: Please bring copies of transcripts from all colleges attended (unofficial are sufficient for discussion purposes). WES or AACRAO evaluations are required of all foreign universities.

From an Overgrown Path by Ruth Pettus

Known for her paintings of abstract landscapes and haunting figurative imagery, Ruth Pettus will create a divergent and surprising installation. All exhibits are free and open to the public. The Gallery is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.


Alumni Event - Wine & Beer Tasting    1/24/2009   6:00 PM
Join us on Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the Owings Mills Campus in the Rockland Center Banquet Room. The cost is $35 per person. This includes wine, beer, and lite fare.
